high expectation

if kita tak boleh ajar orang, so tak payah lah jadi pengajar. seriesly!

hari ni kelas dengan chief dietitian IJN yang sangat2 konfiden, talkative, dan sangat2 understanding, glemer  lagi uols.

walaupun dia tegas, but her personality sangat2 aku suka. 

she talked to us. she knows how student's life. like we are.

dia cakap, "if u not understanding, dont be shy n quiet, just ask even silly question, let me know plis. if i can, i wil help and correct u."

pastu di sambung lagi, "but in the ward, why students not learn much haa? n stil do the same mistake?

then her answer, bcos they dont teach u the correct one. but they have very high expectation dat uols aredy know n can manage the case very smart like aredy work for ten years but u only attach in the ward for 2nd day.

. they will ask students back,

HOW COME U DONNO THIS?, n bla bla.

so true... :(

n for medical record, they write the daily record like they want read themselves. tulisan amat buruk sangat sekali. jangan nak tulisan doktor sangat la. kalau shok sendiri.  sampaii medication pon takleh nak baca. seriesly bila cek MIMS (medication book) memang semua salin rekod baru berderet2 eja salah. so, how do u expect other multidisciplinary nak paham what actually the doctors want?

dan chief dietitian tu nasihat, plis jaga hand-writing. jangan susahkan orang lain untuk baca. biar jelas dan boleh difahami. n aku angguk2 tanda sangat setuju maa.

n this is the real life happen in the wards. just sharing :)
